By booking a service with IV Road, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking Process
Step 1: Select your desired drip.
Step 2: Choose your preferred date and time.
Step 3: Fill out your personal and medical information for the visit.
Step 4: Our team will contact you to finalize payment and confirm your appointment.
Your appointment is only confirmed once payment has been completed.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
Cancellations or changes within 24 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
3. Client Responsibility
You must provide accurate personal and medical information to ensure your safety.
You must be present at the agreed location and time for your appointment.
If you are unfit for treatment upon arrival (e.g., due to illness, intoxication, or undisclosed medical conditions), the service may be refused, and a refund will not be issued.
4. Medical Disclaimer
IV Road does not replace professional medical advice. Always consult your doctor if you have underlying medical conditions before receiving IV therapy.
Results may vary depending on individual health factors.
5. Liability
IV Road and its medical staff are not liable for adverse reactions beyond standard medical risks associated with IV therapy. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
